Dissertation is devoted to the development of a new methodology for the integrated prevention of pathological scarring in patients prone and not prone to their formation, in particular improving the clinical course, reduce the frequency of relapses and reduce the period of prevention through the use of the intra cicatricial injection (electrophoresis) of the drug, "Lipin" in a complex of ultraphonophoresis cream "Dermofibraze". The results of the work is based on a survey of 60 patients with abnormal scarring of the head and neck, which were divided into three groups depending on the propensity to scar formation, which was held on the prevention of the above described scheme. Conducted clinical - genetic and morphological studies substantiate the use of drugs used. Certainly the tendency to form predetermined by the presence of abnormal scars were burning polymorphic G elastin gene and is associated with the formation of the clinical and morphological features of pathological scarring wounds. Using the results obtained, provided practical recommendations for improving the algorithms preventing pathological scarring of the head and neck.
