Object – the paradontal status of patients primarily diagnosed with tuberculosis of the lungs; aim – to promote efficiency of paradontal treatment for persons primarily diagnosed tuberculosis of the lungs; methods – clinical–x-rays, as well as functional, immunological, microbiological, bacteriological, and statistical examinations; results – clinical and laboratory examinations indicate peculiarities in the development and clinical course of pathologic processes in periodontal tissues in patients primarily diagnosed with tuberculosis of the lungs, the scheme of measures for local action and medicines have been elaborated upon for treatment and prophylaxis in a TB-hospital setting; introduced – this research has has been implemented into treatment and study processes; field – stomatology.
