Levchenko O. Information Flows: Influence on Safety of National Economy

The dissertation work is dedicated to solving the actual scientific task as for developing theoretical base and practical recommendations in order to improve security of the national economy in terms of information flows influence. The theoretical approaches to information flows in the economic environment, the essence, types and purpose of information flow in the economy are analysed; trends impact of information flows on economic security are identified; the principles of construction and generation of information flows are formulated; the features of motion data flows in the national economy are revealed; scientific analysis of patterns of development of the information economy in terms of its impact on economic security is conducted. A schematic diagram of the government strategy priorities to strengthen the economic security through the formation of an information infrastructure based on the identification and analysis of the problems of the information economy in Ukraine are developed; prospects for economic security improvement in terms of forming Ukrainian information economy are validated.
