The dissertation summarizes scientific statements about the essence of enterprise's innovative activity as part of the innovation process, on basis of it the suggestion concerning its similarity to flow processes has been expressed and the possibility of its using for improving the resources flow management in the exercise of innovative logistics approach has been grounded. Structural analysis of domestic engineering enterprises innovative activity has been made, their logistics systems and resource providing flows of innovative activity have been researched, the possibilities of using logistic approach in the management of the engineering enterprise operation stability in the process of innovation have been described. The scientific and approaches to formation of logistics functional cycles of the engineering enterprise considering its competitive and innovative strategy type have been elaborated, the procedure of grounding of logistic expedience of suppliers integration into the process of technically complex products creating has been elaborated, the recommendations concerning logistic support of the technically complex engineering products lifecycle have been formed.
