The work is devoted questions of a current and treatment of patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis, developed on the background of metabolic syndrome. It is proved unfavorable role of leptin, insulin, aldosterone, fibroblast growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor together with hyperlipidemia, activation of lipids peroxidation metabolic intoxication in advance of the inflammation of the gall bladder and a liver lesion. It is soundly efficacy of using ursodeoxycholic and alfa-lipoic acids in complex therapy. Branch - medicine.
