The thesis is a research of electrons and holes interlevels transitions in spherical quantum dots with a donor and acceptor impurities. In this work, the methods of defining the energy spectra of donor and acceptor for its arbitrary locations were worked out. It was determinated optical parameters (oscillation forces, interlevel transitions, absorption coefficients and refraction coeffiecients) of QD with impurities based on the calculations of energetic spectrum and wave functions. The dependence of the interlevel transition bands with respect to the location of impurities in the QD was analyzed. It was shown that the displacement of impurities from the center of the QD leads to shift the absorption bands to the low-energy region. The differences in absorption bands with the presence of donors and acceptors were defined. The interlevel transitions of electrons in QD with the presence one or two impurities were compared. It was observed that in the presence of two neutral impurity, the absorption of light, which is related with the interlevel transitions are larger between singlet states than between triplet.
