Essay

Derivatives of 1,3-oxazol-4-ylphosphonic acid. New potential bioregulators of cyclic and acyclic nature received on the basis of 1,3-oxazole-4-ylphosphonic acid. Chemical synthesis, IR and NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), LCMS, X-ray diffraction analysis, the HPLC column with optically active carrier, polarimetry, elemental analysis. Expanding the scope of the oxazole cyclization reaction. Introducing substituents with the pharmacophore groups into positions 2 and 5 of the oxazole ring and a phosphoryl residue as well as modification of the compounds obtained. Developingpreparative convenient methods of synthesis of some new derivatives of 4-phosphorylated 1,3-oxazoles,phosphonopeptidomimetics and oligopeptides (including those are optically active)with a phosphorylated glycine residue. Sphere of use - organic chemistry, chemistry of organophosphorus compounds, chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, bioorganic chemistry.
