The investigation of influence of different systems of soil tillage and fertilization on key indicators of soil fertility, yield and grain quality indicators of winter barley in short crop rotations Southern Steppe of Ukraine. Calculated economic efficiency and bioenergy cultivation of winter barley depending on different soil tillage systems and fertilization in short crop rotations. According to the research recommended production during winter barley without moldboard use and combination of soil tillage in crop rotation on the background short crop rotations fertilizers that contribute to optimize conditions for the formation of high grain yield of winter barley. In short crop rotations for farms of different ownership southern Ukraine proposed crop rotation with green manure and busy ferry, which in our experiment provided the highest yield
