Essay

The thesis under consideration comprises a complex study of early signs of steatohepatosis exposure in 226 children and adolescents with obesity. On the basis of clinical, biochemical (indexes of carbohydrate, albuminous, lipid exchanges, levels of enzyme), instrumental (abdominal cavity ultrasound investigation, rheohepatography, hepatic scintigraphy) researches, data on secretion of liver fibrogenesis - components of extracellulary matrice (collogen IV to the type, fibronectin, N - terminal propeptides of collogen I type, N - terminal telopeptides of collogen I type) the early signs of steatohepatosis are registered in 46,4 % patients with obesity, liver fibrosis - in 34,6 %. From data of research the algorithm of early diagnostics of steatohepatosis is presented at obesity for children and adolescents.
