Stankevych O. Models and information technology of strategic management by distribution logistics

A research object - process of development of the strategic action program in the field of distribution logistics. A research aim is the formation of effective solutions of logistic system configuration and synthesis of options of control system organizational structure within strategic management of distribution logistics by development and research of models and the DSS information technology. Research methods are theory of the system analysis and program and target planning, mathematical programming, simulation modeling, methodology of collective expert estimation, decision-making theory. Theoretical and practical results - the technology of strategic management for distribution logistics, complex model and technology of a configuration of logistic system, complex model and technology of a choice of business strategy and specific performers of business processes are developed. The novelty is in development of information technology of a logistic system configuration and formation of options of control system organizational structure which allows to increase efficiency of strategic management of distribution logistics. A degree of introduction - results of work are introduced in firms "Varus Logistik" (Dnepropetrovsk) and "TELS Ukraine" (Kiev). Sphere of the use - information systems of firms which carrying out distribution logistics for formation of effective decisions at a configuration of logistic systems.
