Braginsky I. Model and information technology of quality management of software development process in the software in the conditions of limited resources

A research object - the process of software development. A research aim is the improvement of software development process quality on the basis of optimum plan formation for the improvement program in the conditions of limited resources. Research methods are theory of the system analysis, software quality engineering, mathematical programming, theory of fuzzy sets, decision-making theory, methods of modeling of business processes and design of information systems. Theoretical and practical results - the mathematical model of quality management of software development process which allows to synthesize optimum strategy of firm promotion to a certain level of a maturity and the corresponding information technology are developed. The novelty is in development of a planning method for quality improvement of software life processes which is based on the solution of a problem of nonlinear programming with additive criterion function and restrictions on resources.
