Nezhlykchenko N. Reproductive qualities and adaptable lines ability of sheep Taurian type Askanian fine fleece breed

Object of the researching: the process of forming and realization of genetic potential reproductive qualities of the adaptive capacity of Taurian type sheep Ascanian fine fleece breed based on linear descent. Objective of the researching: to study the influence of linear accessory type ewes Taurian type sheep Ascanian fine fleece breed in the conditions on the breeding farm on the level of reproductive qualities, productivity, growth patterns and adaptive capacity. Methods of the researching: zootechnical, biometrics, math. Theoretical and practical results: in theory it was obtained scientifically valid results about the reproductive qualities of animals of different lines, their wool productivity, the adaptation and combining ability, ecological-genetic parameters, plasticity and stability, morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood, the genetic structure of populations of sheep by molecular-genetic markers; in practical - selection on improving of productive and reproductive qualities of sheep, the using of methods of stabilizing selection, taking into account the intensity of the growth of repair young ewe and their future reproductive characteristics; forming the adaptive capacity of reproductive qualities, and due to this to increase the fertility of sheep. Novelty: it was the first time when the characteristics of productive and reproductive qualities of sheep of different lines Taurian type sheep Ascanian fine fleece breed were studied in the conditions of the breeding farm "Chervonij chaban". A comparative assessment of the adaptive capacity of the different lines of sheep was carried, it provides the harmonization interaction "genotype ? environment". It was established the differences of intensity of growth repair young growth in terms of live weight and playback qualities ewes. New data were received about genetic structure of the lines, which were studied according to the polymorphism locuses sheep blood proteins. The degree of implementation: for an intensification of the selection process of the population of Taurian type sheep Ascanian fine fleece breed in the breeding farm "Chervonij chaban" are carried out the insideline and interline combination: to increase fertility - selection within the lines 374 and 2.29, to increase the yield of the lambs - a combination of genotypes of lines 374, 631 and 2.29, for increasing live weight - animals of lines 5 and 100. Sphere of use - livestock farming, especially sheep farming.
