Essay

Object of research: physical and chemical processes that accompany the formation of porous filter material multi-purpose. Purpose of research: to develop the scientific foundations and technological parameters of glass-producing filter materials multi-purpose low-temperature structure and phase formation on the basis of R2O-RO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2. Research methods: X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence analysis, differential thermal analysis, dilatometric analysis, petrographic analysis, electron microscopic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: New data on phase relations in the subsolidus part of the system ZnO-Al2O3-SiO2 was obtained. Directional crystallization method developed fusible glass with carbonate blowing agent obtained porous glass ceramic materials with predetermined phase composition and high mechanical strength, chemical and thermal stability for use as filters. Established principles of obtaining technological glass-crystalline filter materials developed energy-saving technology. Novelty: theoretically proved and experimentally demonstrated the possibility of obtaining high strength, heat and chemical resistant glass ceramic filter materials with a given phase composition by creating rational carbonate blowing agent compositions and fusible glass system Na2O-ZnO-MgO-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2, capable of diopside crystallization and zinc petalite under low-temperature heat treatment speed. Degree of approbation: in Kharkiv Research Institute. I.I. Mechnikov in "G.L.E.S." Ltd (Kharkov), issued recommendations for implementation. Sphere use: biotechnology, microbiology (cleaning fluids).
