Kysla N. Efficiency of the government investment of social orientation

The dissertation systematized and improved the selection process and evaluation the public investment program of social orientation, based on the algorithm which evaluated the different alternatives of the public investment program of social orientation and formed the expedient decision of the state investment program for the social orientation of public or private sectors. The estimate consisted of socio-economic results which were indicators of the formation priorities and the directions corresponded to the formation of the public investment program in social sector. The public investment program of social orientation based on the evaluation method of balance results. The model depended on the effectiveness of education and the sources of its funding. The measures improved the effectiveness realization of the public investment programs of social orientation.
