The author defined the theoretical and methodological foundations of industrial resources needed to increase economic efficiency grain-producing complex. The essence of production reserves increase economic efficiency and their implications for management of agribusiness. Reviewed the current level and the effects of imperfect management efficiency of grain production. A scientific approach to the systematic application of management and organizational procedures involving reserves increase economic efficiency of grain farms with different resource levels, based on the results of a comprehensive evaluation of engagement and substitution of resources with the formation of the basis of appropriate management strategies effectively.
