An object is a set of socio-ecological-economic relations that arise during the development of the agricultural sector in a climate change conditions. Research purpose - to develop and deepen the theoretical and methodological and applied principles of strategic planning and development of the agricultural sector as part of regulation of economic , social, ecological processes to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change factors.
