Essay

The thesis presented results of the survey 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction with chronic kidney disease. Found that the leading mechanism for the progression of heart failure with acute myocardial infarction is a neurohumoral dysbalance, excessive increase in the concentration of aldosterone, which initiates the activation of lipid peroxidation, inhibition of proteolysis and fibrinolysis. Comparative evaluation of the efficiency of non-selective and selective aldosterone antagonists indicates higher efficiency of eplerenone in the treatment of these patients, particularly with renal dysfunction.
