Zakhara I. Improvement of the method of thermal computation of the disk brakes of busses under cyclical trials

The improved method of mathematical modeling of thermal processes is in disk brakes under condition of disconnection of pairs of friction. The measuring complex of braking properties of busses is adapted to the terms of tests of І. The coefficients of heat irradiation under condition of cyclical braking are identified on the base of results of road trails by the solving of reverse heat irradiation problem via computer simulation. The temperature modes of ventilated and non-ventilated disk brakes of busses were studied by computer simulation under conditions of cyclical trials with various combinations of important factors. The mathematical planning of experiment is get regressive dependences for the thermal calculation of the compared disk brakes on the tests of І. Results of researches show that the found possibility to shorten the volumes of high-cost model experiments and fill up a normative base for planning of disk brakes of vehicles of category M3.
