The object of study - the innovation strategies coal mines processes. Methods - generalization , induction, deduction and analysis, statistical analysis and graphical methods , regression , correlation analysis , the dialectical approach, system approach , a structural method. The practical significance of research results is that developed in the thesis methodological approaches and the results obtained are the methodological basis for the innovation strategy of enterprises coal mining industry. Scientific novelty of the results is to justify and develop methodological approaches to the formation of innovative strategies coal mines on the basis excluding restructuring the coal companies and the current requirements to ensure the effective operation and coal mines innovative development. Improved consistency the innovation strategy Ukrainian coal mines process, methodical approach to the economic analysis of coal enterprises innovation, organizational and methodical approach to the implementation of innovation management through leasing mining enterprises ; classification features distinguishing factors that prevent coal mines innovative development. We got further define the essence of innovation- oriented enterprise development as a process of regular changes due to more efficient use of financial, economic, intellectual, innovative capacity and managerial enterprise components; coal mining enterprises innovation activity directions, structural features determine the impact of reforms on the areas of organizational effectiveness redistribution enterprises in the coal mining industry associations and corporate bodies.
