Dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of improving training efficiency of wheat by the use of intensive surface cleaning grain, debranning of grain. This increases the quality of grain and intensify process of grinding grain. It was established that the debranning of grain improves hygiene and sanitary performance, technological properties and the structural and mechanical properties of grain. Expediency intensification modes of break systems for processing of pearling grain. It was substantiated degree of debranning of wheat for plants of various capacities.
