Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of issues concerned legal status of a civil servant under conditions of the public service generation in Ukraine - the category which unites the civil and public service. Legally defined in the Code of Administrative Proceedings the notion of the public service in Ukraine should mean a new stage in the development of the civil service as part of the public service. The author proposed his own structure of the legislation in the public service in Ukraine with the release of its levels.
