Gorbasenko P. General characteristics of the investigation of human trafficking.

The thesis is devoted to problematic methods of investigating human trafficking. The paper contains a number of theoretical positions and practical recommendations made taking into account features of the current legislation of Ukraine, the mechanism of the commission trade practice investigation of these crimes with elements of novelty. The thesis presents a general forensic characterization of human trafficking, in particular found criminal law and forensic characteristics of crimes related to trafficking, set the default trace pattern and the classification methods of trafficking. The features of the initial evaluation of the material, investigators typical situation the initial stage of investigation and the corresponding task of investigating and complex investigative, operational and search and other activities, and analyzed further stage of investigation of crimes related to trafficking. Recommendations on planning and organization of the investigation, to overcome anti-investigation, the characteristics of training and the main investigation.
