Olena V. The USA - Ukraine: Development of Bilateral Cooperation in 1991 - 2011

The thesis focuses on complex research of the USA and Ukraine intergovernmental cooperation during 1991 - 2011. The study incrementally reconstructs practical measuring of political, commercial and economic, scientific and technical, cultural cooperation of the two states in broad historical context. Factors of influence, typical features, tendencies, development evolution and prioritized spheres of bilateral relations are determined within focused areas. Process of formation and development of contractual and legal basis and institutional ensuring of the USA and Ukraine cooperation is defined. Role of the USA Ukrainian diaspora in lobbying Ukraine interests is indicated.
