Essay

The work is devoted to development of a new theoretical approach to description of spectral parameters for the pionic atoms in the excited states with precise accouting for the relativistic, radiation, nuclear, electron-screening effects on basis of the Klein-Gordon-Fock equation and QED perturbation theory and a developing new theory of the hyperfine structure of spectra for the pionic atoms. There are firstly received the precise data on X-ray transitions energies and probabilities, hyperfine structure parameters for the pionic atoms of the hydrogen, nitrogen, neon, and a number of the middle and heavy atoms.
