Essay

Object of research : characteristics of lipid metabolism in cows , calves and young cattle for fattening the high content of selenium and vitamin E in the diet. Methods: Biochemical ( spectrophotometric , chromatographic, flyuorometrychni , titration ), zootechnical , statistics . Scientific novelty . Determined metabolic and productive action of high doses of selenium and vitamin E, introduced in the diet of cattle. Shown that feeding of selenium and vitamin E, respectively 0.5 and 300 mg per 1 kg of dry matter feed has effect not only on the process of lipid peroxidation , but also scar fermentation, which in turn affects the metabolism and increases the overall productive performance of animals. The changes biohidrohenizatsiyi polyunsaturated fatty acids in the rumen , thus changing the fatty acid composition of the body. The positive effects of administration in the diet of dry cows and novotilnyh high doses of selenium and vitamin E on metabolic status, as well as the rate of growth of calves. Shown effective impact added to the diet of fattening cattle higher concentrations of selenium and vitamin E on the biological value and duration of storage of meat products.
