Anin V. Mechanism of forming and securing external economic security of the state as a part of economic security of national economy

A research object is a process of forming and providing of external economic safety of national economy of Ukraine. The article of research is organizationally-economic relations, constituents and instruments of realization of effective mechanism of forming and providing of external economic safety of national economy of Ukraine. A research aim is development of theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations on perfection of mechanism of forming and providing of external economic safety of the state in composition her economic security. Research methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, supervision and comparison, method of main components, approach of the systems and complex. The scientific novelty of work consists of the theoretical-methodological development and development of practical recommendations on perfection of mechanism of forming and providing the external economic constituent of economic security of national economy of Ukraine on the basis of addition and working out in detail of methodology of calculation of economic strength of Ukraine and account of features of functioning of separate elements of her realization security. Improved: methods of estimation of external economic safety of Ukraine for the set of addition indexes; mechanism of forming and providing of external economic safety of national economy of Ukraine; rich in content essence of concept of external economic safety.
