Shoha T. Legal adjusting of environmental insurance in Ukraine.

The legal nature of environmental insurance is studied in the thesis. Basic preconditions of its development, objectives and functions of environmental insurance as a structural element of ecologic law were determined. Considering revealed general and special legal signs of environmental insurance the legal definition of the applicable notion was formulated. Specific features of the content of environmental insurance legal relations including categories of insurable interest as well as insurance risk were analyzed, which are still being apart from the content at the same time connected closely with the latter and determine their properties and correlation. Legal regulation of main kinds of environmental insurance was analyzed. Theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations related to the improvement of Ukrainian law devoted to regulation of social relations in the field of environmental insurance were formulated.
