Dudka V. Development of health public administration in Ukraine at the local level

In the dissertation on theoretical and practical levels scientific theses were developed and new results obtained, which, in total, solve actual scientific problem, consisting in a substantiation of the scientific-practical approach to the formation of a unified mechanism of health public administration in Ukraine at the local level. The difference in the results from the results of existing studies lies in the combination of three main ways in achieving the goals of optimization of health public administration system: the decentralization of health public administration at the level of local authorities, legislative consolidation of the health institutions activities independence and broad involvement of public organizations in solving problems of public health through their active interaction with the local government institutions.
