The thesis is dedicated to improving the quality of treatment peptic ulcer disease, combined with chronic pyelonephritis, using a differentiated approach based on the allocation of risk for a comprehensive assessment of the survey results. Improved quality of treatment peptic ulcer disease, combined with chronic pyelonephritis by improved based regimens different variants of the disease (treatment of patients with peptic ulcer disease, combined with chronic pyelonephritis: standard treatment regimens, “Kanefron H” AGTP: “Traumeel”, “Solidago compositum”), and developed the method of distribution for risk based on quantitative evaluation of the results of the survey and social factors, providing a differentiated approach to the choice of tactics of care and place of the provision, implementation of the results in clinical practice proved their effectiveness and great efficiency.
