Essay

In dissertational work on the basis of a trigonometrical interpolational polynomial of harmonic structure the linear model of observation is developed for an additive mixture of a signal with unknown informational parametеr and a nonstationary noise. The method of a parameter estimation of a useful signal against nonstationary noise on the basis of use of mathematical model is offered. Handling signals estimation of informational parametеr of a useful signal against nonstationary noise on one realisation of an observable signal is an actual problem.
