The object of study - chronic acalculous cholecystitis with functional constipation and chronic abdominal ischemia; goal - to improve treatment of chronic acalculous cholecystitis combined with functional constipation in elderly and senile patients with chronic abdominal ischemia; methods - clinical, biochemical, functional, instrumental, statistical; novelty - defined clinical manifestations and functional disorders of the gall bladder, colon, blood lipid profile and a new approach to the treatment of such comorbidity; put into practice the institutions of practical public health in Donetsk, Chernivtsi, Poltava and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous republic of Crimea in the educational process of Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimean medical University, Ukrainian medical Dental Academy (Poltava).
