The thesis deals to clinical and laboratory evaluation of a new domestic acrylic material for temporary crowns, substantiation technology of its use in the treatment of solid permanent denture constructs, making them by using new domestic acrylic material for temporary structures. Experimental study of clinical, technological, physical and mechanical properties of acrylic materials for temporary structures made by techniques ISQ - 477 - 92 at a constant provision of metrological control equipment. On the basis of the properties of acrylic material provides technological quality evaluation system of acrylic material for temporary structures. Clinical applications of domestic acrylic material made at complex dental treatment of 128 patients at clinical bases of prosthetic dentistry departments of KNMU. To study the influence of prosthetic techniques on the state of adaptation of prosthetic bed tissues to restorative procedures investigated the frequency of papillary-marginal-alveolar (PMA) and gingival indexes (GI) of oral cavity by modified methods.
