This research work is devoted to study approaches aimed to increase the effectiveness in the practice of individual caries prevention for permanent teeth through directed exogenous correction of enamel resistance. The comparative evaluation of remineralizing effectiveness produced by preparations of calcium, amino fluoride, and rare-earth element of lanthanum on removed teeth and in the oral cavity has shown reliable (р<0,05) remineralizing effect of 0,5% lanthanum chloride solution. This preparation may be introduced into complex of measures for dental caries prevention. The technique of dental enamel remineralization by using lanthanum chloride as an alternative to fluoride and calcium reliably (р<0,05) increases enamel resistance of permanent teeth. This technique has been developed and introduced into dental clinical practice.
