Matsynina M. Clinical immunological peculiarities of autoimmune endocrine diseases at children

Thesis is devoted to improvement of autoimmune thyroadenitis diagnostic at children, suffering from diabetes mellitus of 1st type at the base of studying clinical manifestations, datum of sonographic investigation of thyroid, lymphocyte subsets, apoptosis process and antibody-forming. Basis of this work is results of investigation and observations of 146 children at the age from 8 till 16 years old, including 81 - with diabetes mellitus of 1st type, 46 - with autoimmune thyroadenitis and 19 - with combine duration of diabetes mellitus of 1st type and autoimmune thyroadenitis . It is shown that criteria of probable development of autoimmune thyroadenitis at children with diabetes mellitus of 1st type should be considered by burden heredity in diabetes mellitus and thyroapathia, female, thyroid enlargement with change of homogeneity and deformation of outline. Along with it important to take into account abnormation of immune homeostasis as accurate increase of CD20+, CD95, and also of high value GAD with parallel increase of AT-ТPO titre.
