Essay

A research object is technological processes forage mixing and rations components and preparation mixture for a cattle in the batch-type mixers. The work aim is an increase efficiency technology of preparation valuable balanced mixture for a cattle by the ground of parameters and modes operations of working organs of the combined band-blade forage mixer. Theoretical researches are executed with the use of theoretical mechanics elements, differential and integral calculation and mathematical design. The results of experimental researches treat with application of probability elements and mathematical statistics theory. In-process and experimentally theory the rational structurally-kinematics parameters of spiral and flat blades of located are reasonable for peripheries of the offered mixer, that is equipped by radial fingers for making light of forage mixture fodder. Conformities to influence law of structurally-kinematics parameters of working organs of the combined forage mixer are set on power indexes and technological efficiency work at implementation of technological process forage mixing. The novelty technical decisions of the combined band-blade forage mixer is protected by two patents of Ukraine for an effective model. The pre-production model of mixer passed a test in the Kirovohrad state agricultural experimental station of Institute agriculture of steppe zone of the National academy of agrarian sciences of Ukraine.
