Borhalenko Y. Justification of parameters and modes mixers machines for liquid fertilizer

The thesis promotes the improvement of technological and technical bases of efficiency rising of agrochemical solutions components mixing. The analysis of liquid fertilizers and working liquid agrochemicals of mixing by mechanical mixers is given. The reason of using rotary-pulsive apparatus for mixing liquid fertilizers is determined. The necessity of using the principle of discrete-impulsive putting into operation for creating energy saving technologies is proved. The optimum parameters and regimes of the rotary-pulsive apparatus work were determined which correspond to the requirements of the rotary-pulsive apparatus dispergion and homogenization of solution fertilizers, and are the most effective from the point of reducing energy expenditure and the time needed for their preparation. As a result of applying technologies which were projected with using RPA the total economic effect of winter wheat growing is 35,4 % higher, than while applying traditional technology.
