Samsonov M. Off-site risk-based surveillance on Ukrainian banks development

The thesis summarizes current trends in international and domestic banking supervision systems development, problems and perspectives of off-site surveillance on banks in Ukraine; the context of off-site risk-oriented surveillance on banks is grounded; conceptual basis for reforming of off-site surveillance on banks in Ukraine on the basis of a risk-based approach is developed; identification of systemically important banks as off-site risk-oriented surveillance on banks objects is suggested; in-troduction a system of differentiated banking regulation and supervision is revealed; organizational and informational support of the basic mode of off-site risk-based surveillance on banks is improved; instrumental framework of intensive treatment of off-site risk-based surveillance on banks is improved.
