Kurilov G. Сriminalistic Description and Traits of Detection of Crimes Concerned with Illegal Turnover of Goods in Ukraine.

There is the complex investigation of criminalistic description of crimes concerned with illegal turnover of goods and inquiry provisioning of these crimes is presented in the dissertation. The classification of crimes concerned with falsification of goods (production) is also contained. The methods of falsification and manipulation of goods (production) concerned with excise tax (alcohol, tobacco goods), of drugs, of intelectual property objects are considered. The grounds of inquiry measures are defined. The traits of tactics in sphere of source identification of investigation information, of information about content of crime activity and persons concerned, of objects which could prove the content and vector of crime activity, of places where the offences weer made are proposed. The traits of documenting of crime content concerned illegal turnover of goods are described.
