Belyayeva K. General Scientific, Procedural and Legal Grounds, as Well as Tactics of Psychological Experiment in Prejudicial Inquiry.

This thesis is dedicated to investigation of psychological experiment in prejudicial inquiry as an element of the investigative tactics. The notion of 'psychological experiment' was defined. The procedural and legal grounds for its application in prejudicial inquiry were established. The classification of psychological experiment was presented. The grounds for wrong interpretation of psychophysiological response of a person to the applied stimulus were identified and the recommendations for their elimination were developed. The system of psychophysical experiment application tactics in prejudicial inquiry for the parties to the criminal process was developed.
