The thesis is devoted to the study of structural and functional changes of the pancreas in children with food sensitization (FS). The clinical course of diseases of the pancreas in this category of children depends on age of the child, the duration of FS and allergic activity of food allergens. Functional state of the pancreas is characterized by activation of pancreatic enzymes in blood (alfa-amylase, and tripsin, lipase) and the development of moderate exocrine insufficiency in the form of amylorhea (12%), kreatorhea (7), less steatorrhea (6%) and microbiocenosis disorders (16%). Ultrasound semiotics of 59% of children is characterized by heterogeneity of pancreatic structure in all age periods. Postprandial reaction of pancreas 67% of children with FS is equal to reactive changes. An important role in the pathogenesis of diseases of the pancreas is belong to allergic factor that causes a functional disorders of the organ, having radically different from those of pathology of digestive tract structure of relationships of exocrine enzymes. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of clinical and paraclinical indices an algorithm is created that allows to diagnose the pathology of pancreas in children with sensitization to food allergens with a degree of reliability of 95%.
