Confirmed presence within Ukraine the noble crayfish Astacus astacus, narrow-clawed crayfish A. leptodactylus, Caspian crayfish A. pachypus and angular-clawed crayfish A. angulosus. First established karyotype Caspian crayfish and angular-clawed crayfish. Angular-clawed crayfish actually is the superspecies set A. (superspecies angulosus), which includes two species: A. (angulosus) angulosus and A. (angulosus) danubialis.
