Objective - further development of theoretical concepts and developement of practical recommendations for improving accounting and analytical support of public higher educational establishments management. Methods - deduction, induction , synthesis, abstraction, observation, system approach, modeling, clustering, comparison, generalization, analysis, economic- mathematical, statistical, graphical. The novelty lies in the grounding of theoretical and methodical positions on the development of practical recommendations for improving of accounting and analytical support of public higher educational establishments activities.
