Levaieva L. Pawn activities in the system of financial services

The approaches of classification stages of development and formation of pawn activities are revealed. The structural and functional model of influence of endogenous, exogenous factors on the effectiveness of financial and credit mechanism of pawn activities is worked. The methodological principles of management of pawnshops its based on using of a complex approach to formation of credit, investment, marketing politics of financial establishments, monitoring and evaluation the level of profitability given services are proposed in it; the effective institutional mechanisms of prudential control in the non-banking financial intermediation it will contribute of increase the level of validity of decision to development of appropriate economical intuitions are introduced. The mechanism of planning and prognostication of pawn activities in the short and medium term is improved. Peculiarities of becoming of native pawn institutions are revealed, tendencies their development in Ukraine are discovered, the role in the system of financial services is elucidated. The experience of pawn activities in countries with developed and transformation economy is generalized, systematized. Methodological approaches for assessment of the financial condition of pawn establishments are proposed. Priority directions the developments of pawn activities on the medium term are determined in it.
