The object is Bakhtin's dialogic as a phenomenology-hermeneutical and existential doctrine. The aim is a conceptual reconstruction of idea of intersubjectivity in the semantic field of Bakhtin's dialogic. The methods are phenomenological, hermeneutics and dialogic-existential approaches, comparative-critical and interdisciplinary analysis. Presented by the original vision of the hermeneutic phenomenological - existential orientation and dialogic of Bakhtin's philosophy (compared with the traditional philosophy. Western European dialogism, hermeneutics, philosophy of life and existentialism). Explored the historical and cultural conditions that have made Bakhtin as original Russian dialogist, culturologist, linguistand literary critic.
