The thesis is devoted to the creation and research of information technology laser vibration control components and drive motors transport infrastructure. Studies of laser vibrometer with the establishment of mirrors on the unit and fixing the reflected laser beam photodetector (fully noncontact laser sensing ) and install sensor on a vibrating surface unit allowed to reach resolution [0,005-0,01] mm, with a linear scale [± 1,5] mm.
