Essay

Found that among patients who are on dental prosthetic treatment, about 5 % are suffering from diabetes. It is shown that dental disease among patients with diabetes the most common periodontal disease and of mucous membrane. Found that the most adverse effects on tissue prosthetic field in diabetics render removable acrylic dentures. A set of preventive measures for diabetic patients to reduce the adverse effects of acrylic plastic lining of prosthetic field, the use of which increases the functional activity of the salivary glands, reduce the intensity of chronic inflammation of the mucous membrane, activate factors resistance of the oral cavity, which leads to faster adaptation to removable acrylic dentures in diabetic patients by 50%.
