Essay

This work presents the results of clinical, laboratory and instrumental researches. They were conducted among 72 patients with first diagnosed tuberculosis. Clinical and epidemiological features of first diagnosed tuberculosis in children and peculiarities of the disease in the Transcarpathian region were investigated. The features of trace element composition of blood and urine, interleukins, interferon, neopterin and character of dysbiotic impairment in first diagnosed tuberculosis in children were studied. The interrelation of mineral imbalance and intestinal dysbiosis was established. Results of studies have shown the need for correction of microelement status and intestinal microbiocenosis. A method of pathogenetic correction in complex treatment of first diagnosed tuberculosis with addition of mineral and vitamin complex and probiotic was presented. The clinical efficacy of method of biomineralcorrection in children with first diagnosed tuberculosis is proved. It was presented that inclusion of biomineralcorrection to basic therapy improves general condition, accelerates the disappearance of clinical symptoms, regression of pathological changes in lungs, improves microelement homeostasis of the body and intestinal microbiocenosis and increases the effectiveness of treatment.
