Essay

On the hearts of mice embryos C56BL/6 stages of histogenetic reorganization of the conotruncal region (CTR) at normal condition and under the maternal dehydration were investigated. Stages of formation of derivatives of CTR were described with the help of histological methods from 10 to 15 embryonic days. With using 3D computer modeling it was clarified the mechanisms of spatial rearragements of the СTR and its role in the process of the heart chambers hermetization. Immunohistochemical methods enabled us to distinguish the stages of myocardialization and arterialization of the components of CTR and to determine the mechanism of its shortening.
