Essay

The dissertation covers the solution of the actual scientific and applied problem, which consists in providing the necessary accuracy of rotation frequency stabilization of low-speed horizontal-axis wind turbine in designated wind speed range. The new method of dynamic rotation frequency stabilization of a wind turbine with blades folding is suggested, the mathematical model of its aeromechanical system is advanced and the analytical dependencies for determination the inertial and stiffness parameters of the blades folding mechanisms are deduced.
