The thesis presents theoretical generalized and new decisions of an actual scientific and technical question of definition of wind impacts are presented at a high-rise building flow on operational characteristics of surrounding low site development taking into account formation of leeward waves in a wind stream. Researches of physical parameters of aerodynamic characteristics of a wind stream of a meteorological wind tunnel. The technique of scale modeling is developed. Dependence between value of factor of wind pressure and influence is defined: Reynolds's numbers; turbulence degrees. Highly productive information system SCADA is developed. Scale experimental researches of models of buildings in a wind tunnel with an interface of the Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture for the purpose of studying of a field of wind pressure and stream visualization in a working area wind a skid foot are spent. The engineering method of definition of border of a working area wind a skid foot is developed.
